  1. I would also like to add this as well

You can get the free version of ProofMe, which is like DropBox where you get 5GB of storage for free. Proofme is different though because you can upload and work on files, documents, and images with other people. You can upload and work on Photoshop images or PDF files and also discuss things in real time like images or video.

The link to the website can be found here at http://proofme.com/home

You can upload and edit various file formats including PDF and gif and it integrates with Photoshop, Dropbox, Basecamp, Google Drive and One Drive. You can get in-app notifications and emails when someone comments on what the document is you are working on, meaning you get real-time updates of your collaboration work.

The best part is that if you work on a team, such as a marketing team, you can add as many people to the project as you need to, and then see when they added something or a comment to the document.

This is worthy of a free stuff mention because students and professionals both could benefit from this and a free account is all you need.
